Infant & Child CPR – How to recognise cardiac arrest in babies and young children, perform CPR with correct compressions and breaths for infants and toddlers, and practise with manikins for real-time feedback.
Choking & Airway Obstruction – How to spot partial vs. full blockage, clear a choking baby or child safely, and prevent common risks through simple safety tips.
Everyday Emergencies – Managing fevers, recognising febrile convulsions, treating burns, head injuries, bleeding, and understanding when to seek medical help.
Allergic Reactions & Anaphylaxis – Spotting the signs of a severe allergy and how to use an Adrenaline Auto Injector (AAI) confidently.
Poisoning & Toxic Hazards – Identifying common household dangers, when to call poison control, and how to act before help arrives.

Seizures – What a seizure looks like in a baby, how to stay safe during and after the episode, and knowing when to call emergency services.

Emergency Preparedness – Building a baby-friendly first aid kit, creating a family emergency plan, and teaching children when and how to call for help.
